Returns & Exchange
At The Peach Apple we take returns very seriously. If you feel the products you received from us do not meet your expectations, you may return the product within 7 working days from the date of delivery. To initiate the return process simply log on to your www.thepeachapple.com account and place a return request. Please select the items you want to return and provide a valid reason from the dropdown box for your return request. To ensure replacement or refund please ensure that the item is not used, damaged or broken. Make sure that the original tags and labels are intact and do place order invoice inside the packet.
When we receive your items our team will do a thorough quality check. Items returned must be in their unused condition. We do not accept a returned item that’s damaged, broken or altered in any way. Once approved, we will provide you with a replacement or refund.
Style She Does, reserves the right to deny a return if items are returned used or damaged in any way. The cost of return shipping in this case shall be borne by the customer and is non-refundable. Any returned items that are not received by The Peach Apple will be treated as not returned or not received.
Please allow 5 business days for a return to be processed from the date that the returned item is received. You will be informed via an email once this transaction has been processed.
Cancellation
Before you place your order, you can view the contents and the total amount in your shopping cart. Once your order has been placed, no further modifications or cancellations can be made. You can only choose to return your item(s) once they have been delivered.
